First Post/ First Crochet Piece

Hello! I'm Alex! Pleased to meet you! I hope you enjoy this blog. That being said however, I'm not 1000% sure what this blog will be about yet so for now it will be about me, my day and my eccentric interests.

So this summer I decide to pick up crochet to I could make amigurumi. If you have not seen amigurumi, go check them out immediately, they are the cutest things I've ever seen!

This was the first piece I made.

It's an iPhone sock!!! I'm incurably clumsy and forever dropping my phone so this pretty awesome!
I used this wonderful pattern I found at http://rosesnlilies.wordpress.com/ check it out, it's fabulous!

The sock is just crocheted using single crochet so this was an awesome beginner project. I made the little owl out of felt (isn't he cute!)

Next I plan on making this little guy
